With over 25 years of international culinary experience, Jorge delivers an exceptional dining experience that combines refined technique, creativity, and genuine hospitality. Having worked aboard luxury superyachts of up to 80 metres, in exclusive private villas, Michelin-starred restaurants, and five-star resorts, he understands the level of discretion, flexibility, and excellence expected by the world's most discerning guests.
Jorge's cuisine is inspired by the Mediterranean and enhanced by his extensive training in Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, and contemporary European cooking. From beautifully presented breakfasts and relaxed alfresco lunches to elegant multi-course fine dining menus, every dish is thoughtfully crafted using the finest seasonal ingredients sourced locally wherever possible. He is equally adept at creating bespoke menus to accommodate dietary preferences, wellness-focused cuisine, kosher requirements, and special celebrations.
Beyond his culinary expertise, Jorge is recognised for his calm, organised approach to galley management. Experienced in worldwide provisioning, remote cruising itineraries, transatlantic crossings, and high-pressure owner and charter programmes, he consistently delivers impeccable service while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, organisation, and efficiency.
