Venezuelan-born Captain Cassani holds an RYA Deck Officer license and has sailed over 10,000 nautical miles in the Mediterranean. He began his career on BRABUS, later became First Officer on CHRISTINA A, and has captained MARTITA since 2022. Since 2023, he has consistently demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong performance in successfully managing both crew operations and charter activities on board ON TIME Folco is known for his adventurous spirit and passion for travel, cooking, and the sea.
Daniel is a proactive and energetic professional from Spain with a lifelong connection to the sea. Growing up in a maritime environment, he developed a strong passion for boating, water sports, and marine activities. Through his family business, he gained valuable experience in mechanical repair, building practical knowledge of engines, engineering, and technical problem-solving. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, kitesurfing, boxing, and riding motorbikes. He is hardworking, adaptable, and always eager to learn new skills. His goal is to build a successful career in the nautical industry, combining his technical expertise with his passion for the ocean.
Michaela is naturally drawn to connecting with people where her presence creates an environment where guests feel genuinely comfortable and looked after.
